I lived at LangTree Apartments from April 2016 - July 2022. The last two years of my time there there were significant declines to both the overall complex and the management staff. Before renting here, please be aware of the following - roaches constantly crawling in common areas of the buildings, elevators that break a couple times a month, constant parking issues - especially from May-September with Langtree live concerts, and a complex filled with trash, broken glass, etc. Specific incidents that we had to document with the overall property management group were a scenario where maintenance staff entered my apartment while I was on vacation with no note or phone call to notify me and also left a person-sized hole in the master bath ceiling. Again, with zero communication. The upper level of the parking deck between 3 of the residential buildings has been closed for over a year due to a crane falling through the ramp on July 13, 2021. As of my moving out July 31, 2022, the deck was still unopened, with no recent communication from management staff. In both scenarios, we had to threaten legal action to get the office staff to communicate. And in both scenarios, there was nothing done to “make it right” for me as a long time tenant. To top it off, I noticed on the website that my previous apartment is now renting for $600 more that what I paid per month. Renters please be cautious of this poorly managed property. Just take a look at the attached photos to see what you can look forward to if you choose to rent here.

My wife and I lived at Langtree this past year and were more than impressed with the level of service we received. Huge shout out to Dawn, Dillon and the entire team. They went way above the call of duty. Thanks

Although the area is nice with friendly staff and good food within a very short walk. The quality of apartments is simply not worth it. The apartments are very narrow with minimal natural light and underwhelming light fixtures. The poor build quality is most evident in the inability to restrict normal day-to-day living noise weather that be people above you walking normally, you can even hear medium dogs as though they were full grown horses. Neighbors through the wall are not difficult to hear either. The specific apartment I rented had an issue with the shower where mildew was clearly forming anyone walking in there could smell it, apartment management couldn't figure it out after testing and simply said, "it's not a problem." A highlight of the complex is the maintenance crew. Any small issues ever experienced, minus the mildew, were quickly fixed by the polite, courteous, and professional maintenance workers. If you have time to shop for somewhere else, it would be a great investment of your time.

Update: resident since one year. It’s pretty good to live here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Staff is not friendly neither accommodating. They aren’t in sync with what their website shows on availability of apartment options. They won’t tell you all the requirements and formalities in person. And if you miss something they will say it was in the letter. Not happy at this moment. But fingers crossed for better living experience here. I hope I will not get to deal with management here.

Nope however the apartments have declined greatly the past 2 years after they started accepting low/no credit applicants. I would check Davidson or Cornelius for luxury apartments personally
