Excellent service and great work! On-time, polite and respectful. After a drain/sewer issue that resulted in water in the house, we called SERVPRO of Central Chester. They showed up quickly and were able to remediate the damage very quickly, including removing damaged flooring and setting up drying equipment. They set up a follow-up appointment on the spot, and came back as promised to remove the equipment. They dropped off floor replacement samples and are arranging to have the flooring replaced. What could have been a horrible experience was made much easier by SERVPRO Chester County. Thank you!

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
