I don't know what is going on, but this store used to be stocked to the brim. Now it's a shadow of its former self. You used to be able to go there and get kitchen utensils that you couldn't find anywhere else. Now it's all the same as Walmart or target.

Returns. Bought an espresso machine online and then tried to cancel the order because I got a better deal with a warranty from Amazon. Your answer is to go to the store. Pick up the item and then turn around in the store and return it. A lot of wasted time and effort Very little customer service. Just pass the buck mentality. Doesn’t happen like that on Amazon. And if for any reason I wanted to cancel the minute after I place the order I don’t have to do anything except cancel it. I don’t have to spend half a day running around because of bad not customer centric policies. Very disappointed in bed Bath and beyond. You guys need to start changing your Ways.
