I walked into Wells Fargo this morning to cash a check and was annoyed at how long the line was, all I could see was one teller. Not even a minute went by and one of the workers came out and apologized for the delay and explained how only certain computers were working and how they were doing there best ( every few minutes he came back out to repeat for people walking in). Then I started seeing other tellers come from the back and help people. I expected a really long wait and was helped in less than 10 minutes despite the line being to the door, all with a warm welcome, smile and great customer service from my teller. I think we all know that computers do crash and things happen but the communication from the employees and great customer service make a difference when times get hectic. Shoutout and Kudos to all the staff working this morning you are appreciated, keep up that amazing work!

I just come here to just deposit money, the tellers were very nice and helpful plus the line was not too bad at all, I was satisfied with the overall experience.

This branch is definitely terrible. It always has too many people, ATMs often have issues... This is the only Wells Fargo I have near me, and they are about to lose three different costumers because of their poorly managed branch.

I wish was able to leave no stars.one is to many. This bank allowd my diredt deposit to be drained from my account for months via fraudulent unauthorized Zell transfers. They said they are investigating, they say I probably won't get money back because they can't prove it was unauthorized. I had them disable the Zell feature, and the online access, further I added a verbal code that I had to say before accessing anything regarding my account, for added measure This morning I called to check my balance, an operator tells me someone closed my account and a cachiers check was issued to an address in Oklahoma. I live in Denver. I'm back in the branch trying to get answers and they have to call customer service I've been in this branch 4 times since May for fraudulent and suspicious withdrawals Still no resolve. Please don't bank here, I've been urging friends and family to close their Wells accounts and open with a more secure bank.

You must set up an online account. Easier to perform on the mobile app. Most checks and transfers can be made from you account options but some need prior approval from a bank representative for security reasons.
