If you are serious about working out, this is the gym for you. Nothing fancy, no juice bars, no frills. Full assortment of all the equipment you'll need, machines are well maintained, plenty of cardio treadmills, etc. Staff is friendly and they keep the locker room and workout areas clean. No one bothers you but anyone will assist if needed.

They do not have water aerobics or a pool of any kind. They do have a hydro massage bed, which uses water pressure to massage you in 15 minute increments but no pool.
