Very rude and unprofessional. They are poorly trained and literally do not know what they are doing. No supervision. Constantly having "technical issues". And hang up on you. Only when you disagree with them. Everyone you speak to is a "manager" "supervisor" or "director". I personally... have been waiting 9 months for them to fulfill a court order. I got zero response until I called my congressman. Then they were willing to so something.

If you get married and go here to change your last name don’t worry. They won’t put it in the system for you. They’ll tell you it’s been processed and in the mail and a month later still nothing. My son had the same problem. I his mother had to send buy his birth certificate off line, because we live in different states. He had to take his birth certificate and proof of residence to the state ID office. He then took the state ID, birth certificate and proof of residence to the social security office, then took all the fore mentioned documents to the dmv to get his license
