It's really difficult getting someone on the line they are not requiring any appointment walk-ins welcome if you're there by 8:30 you will be one of the first call by 9:00 in and out....
They are not requiring an appointment anymore. The minus side is you have to go there as early as you can so you don't have to wait outside the building. The waiting time before you can get inside is 30 minutes more or less. Hope it helps you
