Hello! No ma'am. Unfortunately, fur babies are not permitted due to the Sanitation Grade that we are required to uphold per Mecklenburg County (we have a Cafe). Only registered service animals are permitted as a result. We still hope that you will visit!

I don't think they have group discounts, but it's certainly worth asking. They sometimes have game cards they give out to birthday parties so you could ask for those and might be able to talk them into it
It costs nothing just to go in & walk around, but everything has a separate cost. They have bounce houses, laser tag, bowling, mini-bowling, a large arcade and a few other premium cost arcade games. So the costs vary.
