I have rented from this co for 15 yrs .I could not say enough about Batten.i have always pd my rent.and never not ever had a problem.They don't have time for late payees.i personally want to thank them for all these good yrs.

Whoever the "Cigarette Lady " is in the office is one of the rudest people I've every met. The odor of cigarettes smacks you in the face 20 foot from the door ! WOUOD NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. !!!!!

The lady up front was so rude for no reason. The gentleman was great. But the attitude was unnecessary especially when we make more than enough for a house. Seems to me they just want that "application fee". Smh too bad. U lost some good money and even better family to be in your house. Even the neighbors said so. What a shame that people still go off of how someone looks. If we have the paystubs and can show we make enough plus more. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Seems they are the same page as the rest of the greedy people. Smh sad that adults can't act like adults these days.

I'd call the number and ask due to the fact that they manage a few different places as well with various sized rental units. it will vary place to place
Not that I'm aware of. Their "office" is located in one of the apartments by Thomasville Pediatrics in the apartment complex they manage. You can call the office and they could tell you what they have available. If you want to look at any properties they will need a copy of you ID and a $20 key deposit. Hope this was helpful
