I took my son here for 2 weeks for the school age care. As if it hasn't been hard enough on parents through Covid, we have to deal with places like this. The first thing, I've never been in the building or met anyone for a formal meeting while signing him up. It was all over the phone and drop off and pickup at the door. One day I sent my daughter to pick him up and no questions were asked, not even her name. They sent him out with her and they never met her prior to this. Then I get a message from his teacher that he hasn't been in class. I call to find out why and was told he would be on his 12:30 specials, and he still wasn't. I bever received any real feedback about this either. Once he did start getting online, his teacher asks if he had headphones because his background was so loud that he couldn't hear. And to make it even worse, once he did start getting onto his class, he trips over a toy woth my laptop and breaks my laptop. This daycare has shown no concern to any of these issues and they are all pretty valid.
