You cannot beat it for value. Always clean, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. I do wish they would expand their Friday and weekend hours.

Clean. I feel comfortable using the locker room and showers.
Not enforced. The website FAQ says they are refering their policy to the state and local laws for where the gym is located. I go late at night when there is hardly anyone there so the danger is much lower as well. Their big fans keep the air moving above at the cardio machines. It seems like more people in the weight area wear them than elsewhere.
