After driving in a car for 15 hours and being hot and tired I walk into a hotel that is hotter inside than outside. The pool was not open. I had to go down and ask twice to fix the keys that didn't open the door and a young lady with her feet up on the desk very non professional.. all this for $200 never again

Stayed here recently and had some concerns. Pros: It seemed clean and had no issues with the room itself. Cons: The cleaning staff for some unfathomable reason use the door locks to prop the rooms open after they're done cleaning. We arrived at our room in the early evening and most of the doors on the hallway were slightly ajar which is obviously a safety issue. Compounding the room door issue when I went down the stairs I noticed the stairway exterior door was slightly propped open with a small rock which means free access to the hotel from the back of the building and then free access to the rooms themselves. Other negative: The local refinery was very, very stinky that evening and after being in the room for a couple of hours the smell started to get sucked in by the A/C. Had to turn off the A/C for the night.

Positive: The customer service was just amazing. There are not enough words to say how much I appreciated all their help with my Grandson while I dealt with my credit card company. I would recommend everyone stay there. Negative: Not a thing wish I had more time to enjoy it was only there for about 8 hrs then had to hit the road t again

Buyer Beware! Many websites list this hotel as having a pool. It has not been functional for six months now (as told to me by the manager). I had booked specifically to have a place for my kids to play after a long drive. They refused to work with me on cancelling the reservation.
