I experienced this company for the 1st time when I bought my home and required a new AC/ Heat system 15 years ago. As the years passed through regular maintenance, you develop a friendship with them and know everyone on a 1st name basis. Recently I had a small repair, last minute and the OWNER Joe came out to my home and not only did he fix the problem, we shared a cup of coffee and he didn't charge me a dime. In my humble opinion, family owned businesses these days are the only way to go and the customer service which is NON EXISTENT anymore, but not with Dowds. They go up and beyond any expectations, clean, respectful, and not only do you feel a comfortable 8friendship, they become family!! +I can't say enough AMAZING things about this friendly, family owned business and I wish them continued success in abundance!!
