The 2 installers were a bunch of stoners, listening to phish all day and using their small screwdrivers to scrape out their resin. I had a heat pump installed. The ductwork they ran was flex and not insulated. Now I'm tearing out walls where they have leaked condensation and grown mold. Also I had a repair guy from this same company come out a yr after install and he noted that the setup/install on the outside unit was not correct and that he was not surprised as he stated the install teams are stoner slackers and only the repair guys have any solid experience. ***updated response: There was an issue with the system, not the tstat. Your service guy came out and stated the outdoor install was done incorrectly, the problem was not caused by use or age. His words. He also stated the service techs are far more knowledgeable and he wasn't surprised the install team screwed up. Again his words. Not sure why you don't have a record of this repair. The ductwork in question has been condensing for years. It finally was noticed last year after rusting the metal wire in the flex and leaking to the ceiling. My concern was not their music taste. Being stoned on the job and not cutting corners is a valid concern. This isn't a hunch. Their was evidence left on site in the house. I don't give a damn if they do it on their time but not mine. Of course I didn't have a maintenance plan with you. Your installers suck, which is an opinion shared by your own service techs. I had another company service the system. Thanks for the friendly reminder. Here's a friendly reminder for anyone looking for HVAC service...don't use customaire!

After the purchase of a new home two years ago and sorting through several reviews to select the best company to service our new equipment, we decided on Custom Aire and thus far it has proven to be the correct choice. Our first experience with the company was with Brandon Arnold when he performed our initial system check and tune up.
