They installed a new compressor in my Kenmore Elite fridge. However, it took a month to get a repairman out to me. The current problem is that the freezer section still will not freeze nor make ice after he fixed it. I called again & now they can`t get the repairman back to me for another month :/

Sears came to my house to do maintenance on my riding mower. They sent a technician named Joel who is awesome. He is very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing. For all your home needs contact Sears and for all lawn equipment issues request for Joel.

They are punctual, pleasant, and thorough, going well beyond the basic call of duty. The quality and trustworthiness of their respective services are what make it worthwhile for me to spend the considerable amount of money which your protective agreements cost, especially since your appliances themselves are also extremely reliable and thus statistically unlikely to present problems.
