I was stopped and given a ticket for Rolling stop even though there was a police car in front and another car in front of police car this officer who was behind me said I made rolling stop which is not true when I asked him that all cars have video can you check he said it was not switched on did not explain anything can't understand why he stopped me after following me for half a mile not a fair officer can name him if required

Cars in my neighborhood have been broken into twice in the last 2 months. No response or action taken from the police department. When asked to check the security cameras they said it was pointless because the culprits most likely were wearing masks.

I witnessed community policing at its finest August 12, 2019 around 2pm. I was at the Church of the Cross in Olde Towne Bluffton and there was a man down on his luck leaning against a trash receptacle. One of Bluffton PD's finest stopped to speak to the man and offered him assistance. The officer used his personal cell phone to call a friend of the gentleman to come get him. The officer then provided the man with a burrito and water while they waited for his friend to come get him. I am proud to live in a community where police are loving to their fellow man. I wish I knew the officer's name because I would love to buy him lunch and make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Amazing work from Bluffton PD!
