Let me start with saying I understand there are supply chain issues and expected delays. But how the delays and communication are handled are the key. A series of mistakes , poor communication, and questionable honesty made this a difficult experience. I was told my Tucson was arriving early. Only to find out shortly later that they were unable to track or tell me when it would come. An inexperienced yet nice salesman didn’t make it any better. He was well intentioned but lacked experience. After receiving calls trying to upsell me on other Products I didn’t want. I pressed where the car was. The salesman wasn’t straight forward and said the manager would call. After the manager dodged me and I pressed if they already sold the car I had a deposit on, I never got a clear answer. So his evasive answers to my questions gave me the answer. So I decided to move forward with another vehicle and the manager said would have numbers to me in the am. When I got the numbers it was a different vehicle (twice) that I discussed with the manager. I finally decided to move on after this terrible experience. Got a beautiful tuscon in 24 hours from Garvey Hyundai and very pleased. Sad this dealership couldn’t just be honest and organized I will never return her for service or sales and I have been a lifetime Hyundai client.

Just purchased my Ioniq 5 and they inflated the price. When I spoke to them they said they would pay me $575 . The salesman Ralph arranged for the check to be sent to my house and Emily the lady in charge of finance agreed to send the check to me and it never was sent. I called several times and they avoided my calls. I then spoke to the manager and he had a awful attitude and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes, he never did which is what a horrible place to business. I also called service and they never called me back. Don't waist your time with Lia Hyundai the can't be bothered to call you back.

I was looking for a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited and in this market it was quite frustrating and took some time to gain the vehicle. Karen Kingsley was very patient with me and kept me up to date with everything until I was able to finally purchase the vehicle! She explained everything clearly and is knowledgeable about the vehicles she is handling. Would recommend for other Lia Car Purchasers!
