This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. The building is nice, but nothing else is. Long long waits for poor service. It took then months to get me a brace for my injured ankle. By the time I got the brace, my ankle had healed wrong. They don't care about veterans at all. You get the feeling that everyone there just wants to do the bare minimum.

Very nice and clean building upon entering the parking lot. Very spacious, employees are very nice and helpful. Has plenty of handicapped ♿️ parking available for the veterans as well as employees.

We do have same day services in some areas, so depending on your need, you should call ahead to your primary care team or the clinic and ask about the services available.

They usually refer people to the va in Charleston for surgery. The va in Savannah is just a clinic. The va in Charleston is the hospital

They will suggest that you go to an er but its not guarantee that they will pay for it or pay you back
No there isn't! This is an outpatient clinic. You would have to go to the "Main" VAMC Hospital in Savannah or Charleston to receive urgent Care or ER services.

There is a VA Clinic in Hinesville and another larger VA Clinic in Savannah. There is also Winn Army hospital at FT Stewart and an Army clinic at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah. I do not know about a veteran emergency center. I'm sorry, I Hope this helps.

You can walk in any day and get a Veteran ID card at the clinic. It is a good idea to call the day you are coming in just to make sure the system is up and running! Just check in at the Welcome Desk and they will direct you where to go.
