I had the plan for 10 months and it's really just a discount. Does not cover medication or hospital. When you have medical tests that they authorized, you get bills and they tell you that you have to pay them. Customer service is AWFUL. Personally, I don't recommend them.

This place is a complete joke. DO NOT SIGN UP with them. They will take your money and never give it back. I cancelled my policy within 24 hours of sign up and it’s been almost 5 months and still no refund they keep saying it’s going to get sent out and never does. I’m contacting my lawyers to see if I can purses legal actions because I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happen to.

Open a fraud case through BBB (Better Business Bureau) and you will see the results as they answer you and seek a solution
I called the company and they told me. I would play a role. Q I write and with my signature that I say I am canceling that company and send you by fax and if you can cancel
