When shelly was in office I had no problems with them , now that there are new people at the Ivey lane I’ve been having trouble with my taxes and there customer service is POOR ! My taxes was put into there account and I called them to try to find out what’s going on and they act clueless every time as if they never spoke with me The Headquarters Office Can’t Help Either Smh !! DONT FILE YOUR TAXES WITH SAFE TAX ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
