Have never had a pleasant experience here, but last week probably broke the proverbial camel's back, I had a tire in my trunk, no air in it at all, just needed the bead broke so I could change the valve stem, a job that literally took the guy at Bulldog Auto 12 seconds to do, so little time he actually refused to even take any kind of payment, whereas these guys here said it'd be about a week or so... I can understand being busy and needing appointments for stuff that takes more than 5 minutes, but it's the little things like changing a windshield wiper blade, breaking down a tire someone else has done all the prep work to, headlight or taillight bulbs, battery testing, etc etc... Because it's those little things that ultimately decide where a customer returns to when they need something big that you do need a appointment for, I know I can say without a doubt that I'll go out of my way to never have to do any kind of business here and would encourage others to do the same.
