Went to the woodsman show for the first time had a great time other than it rained most of the time we were there but we made the best of it definitely going again

We had a great time ,my grandson and I. We had a fun time on all the rides and the food was good and everyone was happy around you what more can you ask for. Sunday the demolition derby was great we are looking forward to next year fair.

Farm tractor pull went very smoothly. And I have to say the nicest bathroom of any county fair I've been to. Looks recently remodeled. Very well done and very clean.

This weekend was the annual Woodsmen's Field Days at the fairgrounds. Each year incredibly talented sculptors gather to show their woodworks and demonstrate their woodworking skills it is always a pleasure to see carvings of all sizes and shapes, mostly of wildlife. And yes, bears are a perennial favorite. Each piece is unique and dependent on artist skill and the characteristics of the raw material. These artisans remove only the pieces that hide the masterpiece within!!! How do they do that? Please enjoy these photos from the 2019 event!
