I went to find a replacement antenna for my F150 and went to the counter to make sure I get one that is compatible. Now I am talking about the trucks radio antenna I remind ya, and the guy looks on the computer to see if they have one in stock. To his bewilderment, they didn't list any antenna in the computer 🤔 So he then checked his Library of thoughts and told me that my "best bet is to go find one of those places that put stereos in cars and things". He even mentioned that Best Buy🏷️ would probably be my safer bet. I simply said thank you and took three literal steps back and picked out a wonderful high quality "arrow" universal antenna instead of taking his suggestions. I then waited and waited and waited as they then helped others that had came in after I stood back into line. Someone else standing in line was nice enough to point it out when they were called to the counter for help, and I was able to buy not only my new antenna, but the person's supplies they were getting that pointed out I was in line before them. Ignorance is one thing, but to completely disregard someone's existence that has been more than polite and patient shows me that O'Reilly's is a trash company no matter what city or state I visit them in. No one should go to any of the locations, even if your vehicle breaks down in their parking lot. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time by randomly walking in any direction from that point until you find an auto parts store that is worth your time and money.
