This place is the worst O'Reilly in Fayetteville. I came their for coolant and ended up having to spend $125.00 for a part that one of the associates broke, then they tell me it's not their fault for them damaging my vehicle rendering it undrivable for 5hrs while I had to wait for my mechanic to fix the part in the parking lot of O'Reilly's. I will be filing a civil suit against this company for the damages done to my vehicle on the behalf of their employees as well as for pain and suffering, as well as for the financial impact it had on me and my family. As well as mechanic fees. That I had to pay Never let anyone at this location touch your car or even walk in this place they will damage your vehicle and tell you it's not their fault. I think the general manager I talked to was Elizabeth and she was the one that lied to me and told me she couldn't do anything about it.
