I use to walk right in and grab a pair of boots but now that’s not the case. I went I. December 7th 2021 to purchase a pair of boots. Didn’t have my size so the tool my payment and ordered them. IT IS NOW MAY 12th 2022 AND THEY HAVE NOT COME IN YET? I was told that DUE TO COVID-19…….

I bought a new pair of work boots wolverine and the bottom came off only had them since September , they will not fix them I have had been a frequent customer but not no more customer service is bad.

Hi John, Our hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm I hope that helps Thank you
Not sure....you can call and ask. They mostly carry work related footwear...boots/sneakers with/without steel safety toes. They also carry socks and work related attire. Not sure if NB makes these types of footwear.
