I ordered through the mobile app for pickup this morning, and I paid through the app with Apple Pay. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, we gave my order number and proceeded through the line. When we got to the window to receive our food, the employees and/or management told us that we had not paid for our food, and essentially made a fuss about it for nothing. After repeating my order number, my name, and my order, they still told me I had not paid. So, to avoid any further issues I gave them my CREDIT card, which is not the same card I used when I paid through the mobile app. The woman at the window took my card, disappeared, and a moment later I received my food. I do in fact have a charge with my bank for the food I ordered, but have not received a charge on my credit card. Soooooo, why did they take my credit card if they weren’t going to charge it? And besides that, can’t they see on their own receipts/system that I had already paid for my order? All in all, I am upset with the way they handled the situation, and the way they acted as if I had done something wrong. I will never order from this location again.

I don't agree that when you buy a breakfast meal and want a soda instead of coffee that they charge you nearly a dollar more. Coffee is actually more expensive. Makes no sense.

Call and ask to speak to a manager or send an email to corporate office
Telephone is the best way. Remember they are franchise s and most owners own 3 or 4 stores. Usually you have to leave a message and then wait for a return call.
