Does the phone work? I have been trying to get someone on the phone the whole day. Update: I left a 5 stars review first but I have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 days now. This is ridiculous.

Update: Horrible! They never answer the phones no matter how many times you call. They don’t care about their residents well being! I have been without AC for two days over the weekend with a three year old and they didn’t have any number for emergency maintenance on their phone line nor did they give out the emergency maintenance number to residents ! This is unsafe for my 3 year old to bear through during a heat advisory of 105! I spend too much rent here to be treated with horrible service for residents!

We’ll be going on our third year here and have absolutely loved our experience so far. The community is so engaging and you really don’t get that type of environment these days. Friendly staff, communication is thorough and our leasing agents put in the work and accommodations to make our living space peaceful and functional. Thank you so much!!
