Love love love what Courtney has done with this place, such an open and inviting place for me to come as I am. Was there two days this week from out of town(morning and night) and had so much fun and was treated with respect and warmth by everyone. I'm able to go there dressed in my best and not be nervous. Bought a toy that was supposed to have been tested and when I got home and checked it out myself it keeps shutting itself down. Tried talking to the staff but they refused to take responsibility. I understand it’s no return policy due tu the nature of the toys but for them to not try things properly and then refuse to take responsibility for it is very wrong. I would’ve liked to be able to have the toy replaced for one that actually works since I literally called 20 minutes after purchasing it without doing anything but touch the buttons but I do understand if they don’t. The fact that they didn’t try it properly and refused to take responsibility is what bothers me and then when I tried telling them that it’s fine and that I’ll just deal with the toy company itself but to keep it in mind next time to actually try the toys better since I noticed they didn’t try all functions of it they just hanged the phone up on me; this could’ve been only a call getting cut off but nevertheless I’m very bothered by the lack of responsibility taken by the sellers. Before the purchase was very nice and helpful so perhaps it didn’t deserve the 1 star review but the fact that they didn’t try it properly and refused to take responsibility saying they did really bothered me.
