The housing is dirty, broken, and there's no real privacy. Dealing with management of a chore. I called to ask questions and received a passive aggressive text from one of the employees. When asked what would be done to correct this employees behavior I was told, "it's as simple as a conversation," which gives no information on how the situation will be handled. They're very unprofessional. I do not recommend living in this location. There's plenty of housing that is way better and way more affordable than the Cottages. I hope you all will reconsider allowing your child to stay there especially if you're going to be the one dealing with management as they have no issues allowing their employees to be rude. There are plenty of other companies that conduct themselves way better. Choose them instead.

This place has had my car taken twice without giving me any kind of notification, if y’all choose to live here I highly advise not getting a car as they will tow it without warning

I would not recommend anyone staying at these apartments. They are run down and need lots of work!! Maintenance does not fix what breaks down and they are not the safest place for students. My sons roommate's room was broken into. Thank goodness he was not there at the time!! They rent to anyone that puts up the $$$ student or not. The management is horrible and very unprofessional!! I called on behalf of my son to try and get his deposit back for over a month and they kept giving us the run around. They kept $75 out of his security deposit for paint. That amount of money can paint the "ENTIRE" Duplex plus 1.When I brought this up to management he said we use the MOST expensive paint!!! Now that was laughable to me 🤣🤥 My son has been there for 2 years!! Paint is normal wear and tear and they should not just be making up charges to keep peoples security deposits. These rooms should be painted when tenants move in and out!! At least they are on all the court tv shows I watch when tenants sue Landlords!! Then I was told by management they had mailed out his security deposit for $124.00 after calling several times to inquire of it's arrival. It finally came today in the mail for $49 🧐 I am very unhappy with my sons stay there and so glad he was able to find some where else to stay as he continues his journey at A&T. They know students are looking for a convenience, so they try and take advantage of them!! I would "NOT" recommend any one stay there !! Some times convenience is just not worth the mess that follows!! "Unhappy M😡M"

As long as the applicant meets our requirements, they should be approved to live here student or non-student.
In our community we offer a lounge, computer room, fitness room, and a conference room. All amenities are open during office hours 10 AM - 6 PM.
NC A&T is a 3-minute walk from out property depending on your class your commute could be a little longer.
We have transportation around the property that allows you to have easy access to NCA&T and around town
Yes, paying months in advance is always an option, it’ll look like a credit on the account but will be drafted once he/she rent post. We’ve made things a lot more accessible which includes you having access to paying online through our app called the Resident Portal.
Here at Cottages at Greensboro we have 5 floor plans. Starting with the 4 bedrooms x 4 baths, 2-bedroom x 1 bathroom renovated, 2-bedroom x 1 bathroom standard, 2-bedroom x 2 bathroom, and 1 bedroom x 1 bathroom.
In certain floor plans you would have to share a bathroom.
We provide furniture in your bed room and living-room. In each bedspace there is full-size bed, night stand student desk and chair. Lastly, you will have living room furniture that includes a sofa, coffee table, smart television and in certain floor plans you will have a dining set for 4.
The utilities that’s included in your monthly rate is electricity ($30 allowance), water and cable.
