45 min to take a covid test. The cashier kept saying “I’ll be back” and then disappeared for 15 minutes, came back, then was gone another 20. It took me an hour to get it done when the test itself was quick. I won’t return

Over an hour to pick up a medication they notified me was ready 2 hours ago. Lovely people, but the most inefficient pharmacy there is. No thought seems to be put in to how they operate.if you can go anywhere else, go there… it will be better. ANYWHERE.

Unfortunately there is not a 0 star option so I am forced to leave at least 1, not that it was earned. The amount of time wasted at this place in the last two days FAR exceeds what would be considered reasonable. There are apparently multiple breakdowns at this facility from an operational to communications standpoint, resulting in inefficient pace and giving people unrealistic time estimates. 03/16: E-scrip sent at 10am from Urgent care. WELL after 12pm, and being in the car line for more than 30 mins, you are greeted with "sorry not ready yet", "please come back later". Of course this means waiting in that amazing car line AGAIN, or being crowded inside. 03/17: Scrip dropped off just after 12pm. "It will be ready by 1:45pm". Mother in law goes to pick it up at 3:15pm -- 90 mins AFTER the original "it will be ready by", so... one would expect it to be ready and waiting. She got in line a few mins before 3.... finally made it through 20 mins later, only to be greeted with "Sorry it is not ready yet", "please come back in 30 mins" 1. Why lie? Either your staff is REALLY bad at estimating and need to get a tool to help you do this or just need to pad better, because all you are doing by giving these made up estimates to people is lying to them, wasting their time two tomes through the line AND YOUR TIME having to go look it up each time. 2. if it takes you 30 mins to fill a scrip, then why on earth do you not do it starting 30 mins BEFORE you tell people it would be ready? 3. Or better yet, how about filling them as SOON as you get them? I will have to give Publix or Walmart a try. At least I can check in with them when i get in, and if not ready, go do my shopping.

Lines always long, and it never fails. There's always a problem every time I get to the window. Today they want me to come back for a third time to get medications. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this pharmacy.
