This place is gross. There were roaches and ants in the room and everything was old and dirty. There only good thing I can say is the sheets were clean. The only reason we stayed is because we needed the place for less than 10 hours.

Stayed 2 months ago and decided to bring my family for a mini vacay. One of our rooms had roaches and I advised front staff which did nothing. The next day roaches rated our bags, Climbed up our legs so I complained and they moved us to the room next to it. Checked out Sunday then turned around and book two more rooms and checked out Monday. My son has bites all over him which are bed bug bites. We also noticed our towels were picked up but not replaced. I had to get more from front office. Pool is nice, breakfast is decent. One positive thing is that both of our rooms has microwaves. They said they would mention to manager but didn’t release manager’s name and I would think they would have discounted my room in some type of way.

When I checked in the attendee check me in under the wrong guest. Then the Refrigerator still had items from the previous attendant attendant the napkin holder as you pull a napkin out the whole thing came out of the wall. The chlorine which was in the saunawas so strong that it began to irritate your eyes.So this trip was not a very pleasant one at all. And it's somewhere that I've been more than once and I'm always raving about their service and their place but this time was unpleasant I have reached out to the manager this is now over a month and I still have not gotten a response from the manager.

Roaches flies in room bathtub backed up lots of dirt stains on touchables not covid safe comfy bed but hard to sleep with bugs and buzzing. No callback from management after request. Clientele in parking lot sketchy and all towels had either a hair or a stain. Didn’t stick around for breakfast due to covid protocol overlook in room and the smell of cigarettes that came from checkin window
