Ordered through Delivery Dudes today. Along with losing my order, so the driver couldn't pick it up on time they got much of the order wrong. Ordered with salt and vinegar chips - got sea salt, should have gotten 2 bananas - only received one, asked for Splenda in one of the smoothies - got 0 no sweetner at all, and didn't get any straws for the smoothies. The order was found approximately 30 minutes after it was rang through at Tropical Smoothie. The driver asked them if they were going to remake it - they responded, "no." Pretty risky with hot chicken wraps... Needless to say, they were barely warm when we received our order. If I learned anything it is NOT to order from ANY Tropical Smoothie through a delivery app. I will probably pass on this one all together now due to their lack of concern for getting it right.

Was excited when new ownership took over and brightened up the place. There was a great, enthusiastic staff, food was good, and the store bright and shiny and booming with business. I'd often see the owner there coaching the staff and helping with customers and orders. In the last few months however, there has been a significant decline in the quality of service, the food and smoothies are not good, and the wait times are ridiculous. One day I went in to pick up an online order and the staff was actually arguing with each other in front of customers. Only one employee was hustling while the others took their time and did not seem to have a care in the world. Not very friendly and hesitant to correct a wrong order. Too many mistakes, wrong orders and mission items. I'll drive to the US1 location before I order from this store again and I work less than a mile away. Hope the owner gets a handle on this soon or he is sure to lose more than my business.

So I ordered a sunrise sunset that the tropical smoothie put water in. No where on the menu says water. Needless to say it was horrible tasting. When I got back to the store to ask why was water put in my smoothie the employee stated it’s …Anton, we are very disappointed to see we did not meet your expectations or, quite frankly, our own. I am such a smoothie junkie.. I've had hundreds of them over the years and Tropical has always been the best. But this location never gets it wrong. Super friendly staff. Manager Jay is the best. I've been to a few different locations so trust me I know. And not just regarding the smoothies because the food is great too.
