We waited 30 minutes at the counter, flagging down multiple people and letting them know we had been waiting longer than anyone in the store. Still was not acknowledged by the staff members, and they stood talking to each other and ignoring us. Walked out of the store without ice cream, will not be back

Yesterday on our annual HH trip we always loved getting ice cream at this place. Shocker! We went inside...display cases with ice cream were filthy...needed cleaning. We told them that and left asap...went to the Ice Cream Cone at same plaza, which was much cleaner. . We Is place

This place must enjoy pitting its customers against each other. Sign says “no line” and it was crazy. There was a decent crowd with people “cutting” as the servers helped some people right away while others had been waiting for some time. Are customers who had been waiting supposed to say something to other customers? It wasn’t just a rare occurrence. People were annoyed. Staff was dismissive when it was pointed out to them. The ice cream is trucked in so it isn’t unique. Hilton Head Ice cream is made on site, popular and well run. Frosty’s in Shelter Cove is family owned and well run and has candy options. Have been on the island for 7 years. Won’t go back.
