I had a 8pm appointment. At first the young lady at the dock said she didn’t think so.. I said well you know how some of these companies tell up one thing and it’s another 🙂 and we laugh. She then remember and checked and said yes you do have a rare appointment at 8pm. Found out it was actually for 8pm the next day but she said i was so nice even when she said I didn’t have one , that she would unload me and it probably took 5 minutes. Sometimes being nice and understanding even when your day not going well can pay off because you don’t know what the other person day is like. Even if she wouldn’t have unloaded me , she was very professional and on point as far as I’m concerned. I forgot your name Ms Lady but Thank You and be , Blessed 🙏🏽

Every time I come here to deliver rolls it’s a problem with the new lady, Diane. I don’t know what her issues are but she need to have a one on one with management. She has a nasty attitude & very rude.
