The sales person Damon (I believe was his name) was amazing. He was so friendly and so helpful. He was trying his best to help multiple people at the same time and was killing it! We were in search of a specific grill and he non stopped searched (while still helping others along the way!!) until he found it and got it down for us. We usually don’t come to Lowe’s because of the staff not being as helpful as other places but Damon changed that tonight! Store was also clean and organized!

Horrible customer service. 100% will never give these MFers another penny. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. Don’t get anything delivered from them. Waited all day last Monday and my order never got loaded. 2 hours past their window today and got billed again when I paid online to begin with. 2k gone. Just like that. Ef you James Island Lowes.

There was one worker a helper and cashier. The I new was very helpful . The girls in the front by the return area wouldn't help a old lady move some bags of rock from electric cart to one that ran. A lady customer and l had to do it And my back is real bad if not 4 that helped I couldn't have got it done.

No, Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant is the closest big box store that does tool rental. You're better off finding small local tool rental place.
Just call the pro desk they'll set up the delivery schedule and everything depending on what you're getting delivered you will fall into the next available schedule or after depending on what your schedule is. They will not give you a specific hour it's going to be a day and then they'll call you
Yes they sell the hitches. They do not install them
They always have people around you have to ask them to call the person for that department
