They always have people around you have to ask them to call the person for that department
My rule of thumb is to do my shopping online and then go to that location for specifically what I want. Have met a few helpful staff but for the most part avoid asking technical questions.
They seem to not care and don't pay attention at the checkout register. The longer it takes, the more it costs.
This Lowe's does not seem to have good interpersonal skills when it comes to their staff assisting their potential customers
