Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a dealership. I’ve purchased and owned over 25 vehicles in my life. Never have I been lied to, treated disrespectfully, charged for a warranty repair that didn’t fix my problem in my life. I brought my vehicle there over 5 times and still kept getting see dealer message on my vehicle. I was told by keith estep that may manufacturers warranty was not longer honored and that I had to pay because a previous visit required them to drive my vehicle 200 miles to ensure it was fixed. Guess what, after I left this time and they supposedly drove that 20p miles, it faulted again…... He lied. I contact RAM and filed a complaint with the NSA board to get my money back. Never again will I by anything from Miracle. It’s a miracle they are still in business. Crooks. You own me $800 and I’ll tell my story to anyone that will listen for as long as I live.

I went there already two times to see if we can fix this problem...I waste my time....you guys tell me that there is nothing to do since I signed all papers and one of the sellers tell me...you need to read all papers before you signed!...so dishonest...and I tell y'all I was gone post all you guys did to me so every one know how y'all make money from honest and hard worker people who tried to right things
