This morning, while traveling to catch a flight in Nashville, I locked my keys in my rental car with my phone, wallet - everything. I was completely frazzled and upset and the Flying J staff (about 8:30am on 7/22) called a locksmith for me that arrived, unlocked my car, and helped make sure I made my flight home. I am so grateful for their kindness and helpfulness and appreciate them more than they will ever know.

This is a very poorly kept Flying J I would give it Negative stars but that’s not a option the bathrooms are gross and very dirty as is the rest of the location including the Dennys restaurant which all the food is either over seasoned or taste like a dirty griddle and old lard grease was hoping for a decent meal but didn’t happen .

I’m disgusted of the way my girlfriend was treated by the GM at this location. She won a credit of 160 on there gaming. She needed a gps I sent her a virtual card to cover the rest. This man treated her like she was a thief. I understand we live in a world we have to be cautious of fraud but to humiliate and degrade a human being like he did by following her through the store and snickering to a customer is sickening. I’m a veteran and have never in my career been degraded and disrespected as he did her. I expect you address this and I mean not with a pathetic auto response.

Honestly one star should be a negative five stars. Old food one cashier long wait in line. Washers have mold in and on them. Two dryers out of order only one to use.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will reach out to the store to discuss this with them further. Thanks for being our eyes and ears on the road.
