I came to the wrong tire place for tires.May Kessler customer service was amazing. I decided to cancel my appointment at the other place and stay here. Customer service is lacking in many areas so when I get great customer service ir needs to be acknowledged. Thank you May

They are super busy because they have a loyal customer base. That should tell you a lot. Who else plugs tires for free?!? Shout to Dale who helped me with my daughter’s car.

Fantastic customer service, especially from May and Tim. They’re always on top of everything and the one time they made a small mistake they more than made up for it. The work is quality and I can’t say enough about how great this Discount Tire location is.

No I don't believe so
It all varies on size of wheel. I am a manager for Discount Tire in Indian Land. Those who have said make an appointment are correct. Wait times vary from day to day so to have you done within an hour or less I would set up an appointment.
Best service in the world but they do expect the courtesy of a call so they can keep their appointments
