I usually like to go to NTB because I’ve had positive experiences with them before. I came in for an alignment under warranty. I told them that the car was going a bit to the right when my steering wheel was straightened. Waited there for about an hour and a half, left the place and came to find out that they didn’t even fix the alignment. It actually got a tad bit worst. Now it goes more to the right when the steering wheel’s straightened so I’m having to drive down the road with my steering 4-5 degrees tilted to the left in order to straight. It’s as if they didn’t even know what they were doing. I didn’t take it back there right away because I had other things to do. I can always go back another day, but it’s very inconvenient that I have to do that when I expected it done the first time. I also didn’t even get my ‘before and after’ alignment sheet. I’m honestly disappointed.

A Google review doesn’t do them justice. They’re amazing. Last night at 6:45pm right before they closed, they fit my car in after I had received a faulty oil change at another car place. I was a sad mess and my car was an oil mess and they stayed open after closing time to fix the issue and make sure I was safe on the road. They were so friendly and compassionate! Give them a raise :)
