I've purchased from HGS in the past with good results. I was looking to build an AR and I looked online to see what stripped receivers Hyatt had. They showed to be able to get an Anderson in 3-5 days. So I drove by to place my order and get it on the way. In the back a few younger workers were standing around and one asked if they could help. I told them what I wanted and he asked another one who was in charge of the items. He said he just got a shipment in and that there may be one in the shipment. He asked me what I was looking to buy. I said as long as I could keep it under a 100.00. All 3 laughed at me and said that was not possible. I don't like to be laughed at. They laughed themselves out of that purchase and other purchases to build the rifle and also future purchases. I drove directly dow to Blackstone and they helped me with a 79.99 Anderson Stripped lower. I wonder how much laughing will go on when I send this letter to the owner? It's a shame workers are so flippant about their duties.

Hello! It depends on where you're moving. If you're going to certain restrictive states (New York and California come to mind), it can be complicated. Your best bet would be to look up the Attorney General's office in the state to which you're moving. That's usually the first step to determine a state's gun laws.

North Carolina law states that you have to be a residence of NC to purchase and take procession of thus firearm inside of the State. However with most long guns in NC you can purchase and take pocession of them inside of NC as long as that firearm is legal to own in the State of your residency.
