Wish I could give this place a zero stars. Female teller that closes on friday’s is one of the most ignorant people. She picks and chooses which people she wants to take next. Standing for 20 minutes in line for personal accounting to get money out but someone walks into business for 5 minutes and they get to go next. I would suggest another bank of america if your going friday at close. AND this hasn’t been my first people with her in the past. GOOD LUCK!!

By far the most frustrating business account experience we've had with any bank. We wanted to make some changes to our business account so we made an appointment in June 2021, we didn't have all the necessary paperwork so followed-up with a second in-person appointment in early July. We supplied the paperwork requested. Since July, we have received one communication from our small business consultant letting us know they are still working on it. I have followed-up with phone calls and emails consistently since July asking for a status update/what additional information is needed for the change to take place with zero resolution. The lack of communication or follow-up steps is so disappointing. We're now on month 5 with no resolution.

Horrible experience Stopped today to make deposit with my 10 month old baby Was standing in line more than 40 min finally got to the window and no one even pay attention, I did honked few times and I did see someone inside and no body answered. Could not wait more because of my baby crying. Never use this location as service for your transactions and don’t put any money at this bank HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
