Yes, we use high quality paints from the top paint manufacturers, most of which are low VOC, and some are "Zero VOC". We recommend the best product(s) for you and your projects specific needs and requirements which we discuss with you during our in home consultations.
Yes, we email you a detailed copy of your estimate, along with an e-signature request that you can sign on your touch screen device. We offer online billing so you can pay online. We also offer in person and online credit card payment options.
Yes, we do offer virtual estimates that can be done via email/phone call or over a Zoom meeting.
As a perk for our signed clients we offer a free color consultation (a $150 value) to help them choose the colors for their project(s).
Yes, this is a very important step, we wash exterior surfaces before we paint them to get off dirt, mold/mildew, cob webs, and help identify areas that have rot and need repair. This also gets them clean so that the coating we put on the surface adheres correctly and lasts.
Yes we do drywall/plaster repair.
No you do not need to be home while the work is being done. We have a project manager dedicated to your project to oversee the entire process taking that burden off of you.

Yes we have a 24 month warranty, and we give a copy of this warranty to our clients along with a copy of our insurance.
We use a variety of different products and a major part of our consultation process is to learn as much about our clients and their projects as we can so that we can recommend the best product(s) for their project. We use premium products from paint industry leaders such as Sherwin Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore, and PPG.
Yes, we understand, appreciate, and respect the trust it takes for someone to allow us to work on and in their home so we are fully insured with general liability and worker's compensation so that our clients can rest easy and know that they and their property are protected. We recommend that you require any company you are interviewing to work on your home to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance.
