Tim was great! He was very professional, polite, and helpful. My computer is an HP laptop that had a software issue/hard drive failure: a weirder-than-normal "Boot Device Not Found" error. He explained the issue with my computer, offered some insight as to why my problem may have occurred, and fixed it within only a few days. He was able to save my hard drive and recover most of what was on it. He was also very communicative over phone anytime there was an update. Great service at a decent price. I highly recommend this business! : )

He works out of his house. The address on Google maps is correct. Tim was dwindling and professional. He took care of my problem within a week. I had to have a new hard drive replaced and window 11 uploaded. The cost was reasonable. He called me before making repairs and let me know everything that would have to be done and the price ahead of time.
