No there is not another number some times they are just very busy and dont pick up and plus it depends on what time you call

Yes, through the Angel Tree program.
I do know that they will help with paying rent, gas and other utilities. Plus they have other agencies that they work with that can assist you. Just give them a call on Wednesday mornings or stop by their office to speak with someone. If not...... Call 211. I know they have agencies that do.
