Conserva was supposed to come and fix our irrigation system on 5/10. They did not show up. Since then I've reached out via phone, email, and their website and have not received a call back or any contact whatsoever. I have also contacted them asking for a refund of the winterization service we paid ahead for this coming fall, since I no longer trust them to fulfil their job, but have received no response. I cannot recommend this company and advise you to avoid them at all cost. Edit on 09/08: As the owner stated below, I was eventually contacted and the necessary repairs were completed to my satisification. The guy who came and did the work did an excellent job and was great. I am adding 2 stars, making this a 3 star review. Depending on how the next year goes, I may increase the stars again, but I don't think one good interaction is sufficient to erase the problems I did have with them.
