I will preface this by saying that I never write reviews so I was compelled enough by my bad experience that I felt compelled to do so. We ordered delivery from Rudy’s tonight and about half our order showed up so we called and they pushed us off to DoorDash of which we were connected with an offshore callcenter that was no help at all. This is despite the fact that we ordered from their website. We called the restaurant and spoke with Mack who we have met several times because we spend a couple grand a year at this restaurant in person and he placed all the blame on door dash and said that they had in fact left half our order at the restaurant but that the only option for us was to come pick up the remaining delivery order ourselves which was not an option. He did credit our card but it wasn’t about the money and I was really disappointed with his response and he hung up abruptly on me and my wife. I would not recommend ordering online from Rudy’s. We have had a positive experience in person and quite frankly I was really disappointed in Mack’s response considering how many times we have been there. He was very agitated. We will never go back. JD’s Tavern across the street is better and they have better customer service. I have lived in Apex for 22 years.

Ordered online. We have been in the restaurant many times . They totally blamed it on the delivery service which may have been true but the not my problem attitude was totally unacceptable. The response was you can come get it. That wasn't an option for us and was very disappointing.
