Yes. As long as you don't get in the way of any other skaters or scooters at the park you will be fine. Its perfect with all the good parts of a skatepark for a scooter. Sometimes I go with a scooter or a skateboard. All the people there are very nice

Nothing really, occasionally the police will enforce a helmet rule, but most of the time a helmet isn't required. You can bring use skateboards, Rollerblade, scooters, anything you want really.
