Great customer service. I walked in today wanting to get a laptop and one employee came up to me wanting to help. Spent some time with me to figure what is the best choice. Did not waste time making sure I get my product on time. He should definitely get a raise in my opinion.👍

Been getting some poor or questionable service recently. I bought a couple of devices there, and the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and i said yes. He somewhat threw my items (a hard drive among other things) in the bag with a small dud. One of the devices appeared defective after trying it, and i had to bring it back. Then days latter when buying another hard drive, I noticed a loud security alarm when placing the hard drive on the checkout counter. I asked the same guy why the startling alarm. He said he didn't know why the alarm goes off, but the people who put it there are pretty smart and he doesn't have a reason to question them. That's a ridiculous response. If customers and those who work in the store don't question these things, improvements don't happen. Think I'll go to another Best Buy from now on, despite this location being very convenient for me.

Let me just start this with if I could give this store 0 stars I would!! This is my 3rd or 4th time doing business with the Noblesville IN Best Buy &. I have had issues EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! This past time was definitely the icing on the cake!! Went in to order a computer , guy who had helped me ordered wrong color went in to store to see if it would be an easy swap . Informed the Customer Service guy Brenson in front of another employee before doing anything to my account NOT to cancel the order I already had! I said this to him twice! So What Happened you ask!? Wellllll Brenson cancelled my order &. When I asked him why he cancelled my order when I told him TWICE NOT TO his response was “Didn't Realize” that was the button i clicked! Gets his Geek Squad Manager Cody involved &. What does Cody do!? You can guess! NOTHING! 😅 you should not have people working at Best Buy who do NOT know what they’re doing !! Especially in Customer Service!!! This store is a joke!!!! If you’re looking for good customer service with people who know what they are doing I recommend doing business with the Muncie location! In &. Out with my Computer the same day!!! I myself &. ANYONE I know Will NEVER do business with the Noblesville Store Again!!!!!

I believe so, if you purchased a MacBook from bestbuy then you have warranty & tech support from BOTH Apple, AND Bestbuy. Your purchasing info should provide the phone numbers, to get in touch with either one of those tech support departments.
You will have to buy one. Businesses can't just be giving out products for free to anyone that asks. Generic chargers can usually be found anywhere for not that much.
