Lowe's has just about everything you could ask for. I mean literally I have never not found anything I went for. The only thing is if you need help and they page someone you better sit down for a while.

They cut glass and have several thicknesses.
Speak with a manager. If they can't deliver the product as promised then demand a refund and shop elsewhere.
